1. Scope
Pupfish Soft is a software studio of Principal Works Group LLC. These studio-level terms apply to the public website, public product and research descriptions, contact workflows, selective early-access requests and similar studio interactions.
If a specific Pupfish product publishes its own terms, those product-specific terms apply to that product and control over these general terms where they conflict.
2. Using the site
You may use the public site for ordinary informational, evaluation and contact purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, overload services, distribute malware or use the site in violation of law or another person's rights.
Public descriptions of products, research programs, prototypes and future capabilities are informational. A public description does not guarantee release, availability, pricing, compatibility or a particular roadmap.
3. Contact and selective-access requests
Submitting a contact, design-partner, early-access or research-access request does not create a contract, guarantee access or obligate Pupfish Soft or Principal Works Group LLC to provide a product, prototype, meeting, review, response or commercial relationship.
Selective access may be approved, limited, time-bound or revoked. Private previews, evidence packs, prototypes and technical materials may be subject to additional instructions, confidentiality expectations or access controls communicated when access is granted.
4. Product-specific terms
Products may have their own terms, privacy policies, licensing rules, payment terms, acceptable-use rules and operating limitations. Those documents belong in the relevant product surface rather than in the global studio navigation.

5. Intellectual property
The Pupfish Soft name, website, visual identity, product names, software, demonstrations, text, graphics and related materials are owned by Principal Works Group LLC or their respective licensors except where otherwise indicated.
Viewing the public site does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, publish, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected materials beyond rights provided by law or by an explicit license.
6. External services and links
The site may link to or rely on third-party hosting, communications, billing, analytics, code-hosting or infrastructure services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not by themselves imply endorsement, control or responsibility for those sites.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The public website and studio materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Product concepts, prototypes and research descriptions may change and may contain errors, incomplete information or features that are not yet available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Principal Works Group LLC and Pupfish Soft are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising solely from use of the public studio website or reliance on public preview material.
8. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the studio, site and products evolve. The effective date above will be updated when this page materially changes.
