1. Using PollyGlott
PollyGlott provides speech recognition, translation, reply suggestion and text-to-speech features for everyday conversation support. You may use speech input or typed input where the app supports it. You are responsible for reviewing translated text and suggested replies before relying on them.
PollyGlott is not a certified interpreter, emergency service or professional adviser. Do not use PollyGlott as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, emergency, immigration, safety-critical or other high-stakes interpretation.
PollyGlott is designed to require explicit approval before an AI-authored reply is spoken. You remain responsible for what you choose to speak, show or send.
2. Plans, accounts and entitlements
PollyGlott may offer Free, Plus and Pro plans. Plan availability, supported language packs, quotas and feature limits may vary by release, platform, region, storefront and product configuration.
Paid access is controlled by verified entitlements, not by a client-side purchase screen alone. PollyGlott may verify purchases, subscriptions and restore requests through RevenueCat, Apple, Google, Stripe and PollyGlott backend services before unlocking paid features or upstream translation capacity.
You may not share, sell, transfer, tamper with or bypass entitlement tokens, offline leases, purchase evidence or account identifiers. Offline entitlement leases are device-bound and may expire even if the app cannot reach the network.
3. Travel Pass
Travel Pass is a separate, dynamic purchase for a customer-selected whole number of days. The server controls the permitted duration range, daily rate, currency and total price. The app must obtain the current quote from the server before checkout.
A Travel Pass begins only after payment is verified by the applicable backend and payment rail. Its expiration is based on the verified activation time plus the purchased number of 24-hour days. Returning from checkout, pending payment, failed verification, refund, chargeback, wrong-device state or expired lease does not grant access.
Travel Pass is designed as a Plus-equivalent, device-bound lease for the purchased duration. It is not a RevenueCat subscription entitlement and it does not renew automatically unless a future product flow clearly says otherwise.
4. Translation and service limitations
Translation, transcription, reply suggestions and speech output may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unavailable or inappropriate for context. PollyGlott does not guarantee perfect translation, interpretation, pronunciation, dialect handling, speech recognition or cultural nuance.
Global mode may use cloud translation, transcription or reply-generation services. Mainland China operating profiles are designed to run translation on device and offline during prepared translation use, but device capability, installed language models, permissions, operating system behavior and paid entitlement leases may still affect availability.
Service availability depends on device state, network connectivity, operating-system support, language-pack readiness, backend uptime, third-party providers, storefronts and payment processors. Features may change, pause or stop when required for maintenance, security, compliance, abuse prevention or product operation.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse PollyGlott or use it to violate law, harm others, infringe rights, bypass technical controls, overload services, reverse engineer protected components, harvest data, distribute malware or generate content you are not allowed to provide or transmit.
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and appropriateness of the conversation content you submit and the translated output you choose to use.
6. Subscriptions, renewals, cancellations and refunds
Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and the applicable store account. Stripe web subscriptions may be managed through RevenueCat Web, Stripe or PollyGlott-owned web purchase surfaces. Subscription prices, taxes, renewal periods, trials and cancellation controls are shown by the applicable purchase rail before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to the rules and timing of the purchase rail. Deleting the app does not necessarily cancel a subscription. Canceled subscriptions may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the purchase rail or mandatory law provides otherwise.
Refunds, chargebacks and billing disputes are handled according to the applicable purchase rail and mandatory law. Apple, Google, Stripe, RevenueCat or Principal Works Group LLC may be involved depending on where the purchase was made. Refunded, charged back or reversed purchases may remove or reduce access.
7. Intellectual property
PollyGlott, Pupfish Soft, the app design, software, logos, product names and related materials are owned by Principal Works Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use PollyGlott as made available to you.
You keep whatever rights you have in conversation content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content to operate, secure, maintain and improve PollyGlott as described in these terms and the Privacy Policy.
8. Warranty disclaimer, liability and changes
PollyGlott is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Principal Works Group LLC and Pupfish Soft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, translation mistakes, missed communications or reliance on output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for PollyGlott in the three months before the claim or 100 US dollars.
We may suspend or terminate access if needed to protect users, the service, payment integrity, legal compliance or our rights. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and, where appropriate, through an in-app or purchase-flow notice.
These terms are governed by applicable law and mandatory consumer protections. Because the public site does not currently publish a physical mailing address or a specific governing-law jurisdiction, those details are not invented here.
