PUPFISH SOFT · STUDIO LEGAL

Privacy

This policy describes the studio-level information handled through the Pupfish Soft website, contact workflows and selective-access requests. Individual products may have separate privacy policies.

Effective September 23, 2026Studio: Pupfish SoftController: Principal Works Group LLC
Scope Information collected How information is used Product-specific privacy Service providers Retention Security Choices and contact

1. Scope

This policy covers the public Pupfish Soft studio website and studio-level workflows such as general contact, design-partner interest, early-access requests and research-access requests.

It does not replace a product-specific privacy policy. If you use a Pupfish product with its own privacy policy, that product policy governs the product's data handling.

2. Information collected

When you submit a studio contact or access request, the site may collect the information you provide, including name, email address, organization, role, project or product of interest, the reason for your request and whether you are open to design-partner or reviewer contact.

The site and infrastructure may also process ordinary technical request data needed to operate and secure the service, such as timestamps, request metadata, browser or device information, network information, security events and server logs.

3. How information is used

Studio-level information may be used to respond to inquiries, review selective-access requests, maintain relationship and contact history, schedule meetings when requested, manage design-partner or research conversations, operate the studio, prevent abuse and protect the site.

Contact and access-request information may become part of Principal Works Group's internal relationship-management records so that interactions across Pupfish Soft and the wider Principal Web Estate can be handled consistently.

4. Product-specific privacy

Pupfish products may process very different categories of information. Product-specific privacy disclosures therefore belong with the product rather than being generalized at studio level.

For example, PollyGlott publishes a separate Privacy Policy covering translation, conversation processing, device permissions and billing-related data.

5. Service providers

Pupfish Soft and Principal Works Group LLC may use infrastructure, hosting, database, communications, security, payment or development providers to operate the site and studio workflows. Those providers may process information only as needed to provide their services or as otherwise permitted by their terms and applicable law.

The studio does not intentionally sell personal information to advertisers.

6. Retention

Studio contact, access-request and relationship records may be retained while they remain useful for an active or reasonably anticipated relationship, for operational history, security, dispute resolution, legal obligations or recordkeeping.

Retention for individual products may differ and is described in the relevant product privacy policy.

7. Security

The studio uses technical and organizational controls intended to protect access to private workflows and internal records. Selective product previews may use access controls and time-limited or revocable credentials.

No internet or software system can guarantee absolute security, and you should avoid submitting secrets or highly sensitive information through a general contact form unless the workflow specifically asks for it.

8. Choices and contact

You may choose not to submit optional information. You may also ask about a studio contact or access record through the Pupfish Soft contact workflow.

This policy may be updated as studio systems and products evolve. The effective date above will be updated when this page materially changes.
